To make sure you get the most out of our time together we have some information we want to share with you before your visit.

Health Insurance/HSA savings plans:

While most health insurance plans do not reimburse for any supplements or herbal therapies, some do cover acupuncture for outside providers. Please find out if you are covered and we will provide a coded superbill for you. 

FSA/HSA Plans do offer some coverage for sessions and some even cover the herbal formulas depending on your company's individual policies.

Texting Policy:

Please inform the office if you prefer not being texted. We will opt you out of texting upon scheduling.

Payment:

All major credit cards are accepted. Checks with driver's license number or cash are acceptable forms of reimbursement as well. Electronic payment options such as Venmo are accepted.

Day of the Appointment:

Due to the worldwide Covid-19 pandemic, a mask or double mask is encouraged. PLEASE try to leave all belongings at home or in the car. Only bring what you need to show the practitioner. PLEASE only one person at a time in the office.

Cancellation Policy:

At times we cannot make a scheduled appointment and that is understandable. However, please provide at least 24-48 hours through phone call, or email in order to not be charged for the session. Same week appointment reschedules are encouraged if an appointment cannot be kept.

Directions and Parking:

Upon Arrival - There is free, unlimited street parking on Kittridge St. The house is directly on the southwest corner of Mason Ave and Kittridge St. The address is: 20500 Kittridge St, Los Angeles, CA 91306Once you are on Kittridge, you will see a house with an orange sign above the garage door with the number "20500". Please walk up the driveway, proceed through the gate, into the courtyard and directly into the main entrance and the office is immediately on the right side.

 

NEXT STEPS AND WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR FIRST VISIT

 

  1. Call to set up an appointment or use our contact form on our website.

  2. Tell me about your situation, medical history and what you think is going on.

  3. Fill out your medical history forms. A link will be emailed to you. 

  4. Upon arrival we will review all your documentation. 

  5. Evaluation process will begin. To ensure you get the most out the appointment we ask that this part of the evaluation is done with limited communication so that the practitioner is able to focus on you, the patient. 

  6. Following the evaluation there will be a time for questions as we discuss next steps in your treatment plan. 

  7. We will schedule any services and/or discuss treatment timeline.
